Jeff dedicated the first 30 years of his life to high-performance sport, pursuing a professional rugby career and representing the Canadian National Team for over a decade.
After retiring from rugby, he returned to Canada and transitioned into commercial real estate while also opening Vancouver Island’s first F45 Training fitness franchise, F45 Training Langford.
Following his first few years of brokering, he joined up with the JBW Commercial team, where he now serves as the company’s Operations Manager. In this role, he focuses on business optimization, marketing, deal flow, prospecting, and all other day-to-day activities of the Brokerage.
