OK RV & Self Storage is a Class ‘B’ self storage facility located in Okanagan Falls, BC. The facility consists of 3 drive up storage buildings (7,285 NRSF), a residential dwelling, various sizes of car and RV parking, and a +/- 1,500 SQFT shop.

This facility was expanded in 2022 with the addition of Building C, adding 28 new storage units ranging in size from 10′ x 10′ to 10′ x 30′. This recent expansion saw quick absorption and occupancy has remained high with an average of 89% on a unit basis for 2023.
